The Fourth Edition of the Translation and Localization Market in Poland.
The fourth edition of the Translation and Localization Market in Poland conference was held on March 26-27 in Poznań. As usual, the conference offered an opportunity to participate in CAT tools training programs both for translators, and project managers.
The main topics discussed during the majority of the conference speeches were devoted to issues related to translation quality assurance, avoiding the most common mistakes and using on-hand computer programs for simplifying and automation of certain translation steps as well as the project management process. The current state of the Polish translation market and its development perspectives in the year 2011 were also discussed.
Three members of C&M Localization Center took part in the conference. In addition to offering an opportunity to broaden the knowledge in localization project management, the conference also gave a chance to share experiences with translators and representatives of other companies.
