C&M Localization Center joined the elite translation companies which were certified for compliance with PN-EN 15038:2006, an European standard for translation and localization services as well as project management. The certification audit was carried out on October 7, 2008 by Bureau Veritas Certification Polska.
By joining a small group of translation companies which have this certificate, C&M strengthens its leading position in the localization industry.
PN-EN 15038 refers only to translation services. It defines the service and includes a set of procedures and requirements for high-quality translation services as well as project, document and human resources management.
The Polish version of EN 15038:2006 was drafted by the Polish Committee for Standardization (PKN) in cooperation with the Polish Association of Translation Agencies (PSBT) and published on October 9, 2006.
